Cómodo, muy buenas vistas!! Habitaciones espectaculares!

Un poco lejos de todo! El olor de la casa de estar cerrada a tubería un poco incómodo! En el baño y cocina habían baldosas rotas, en el suelo! a la casa le falta mantenimiento! Por lo demás bien!!

The property is very spacious and has everything you might need to cook etc. Lovely sea view currently. Nice and peaceful area, however do need to drive to any local supermarkets so would definitely need a car to get around. One restaurant within walking distance. Great communication with host through the messenger service on booking.com.

Swimming pool is very deep so not ideal for non confident swimmers which I should have checked prior, I am unsure if the pool depth is mentioned on the information. Looks like a villa is in the process of being built directly opposite in-front, which will obscure a lot of the sea view, however did not cause an issue for our stay as no work was carried out during our time and it is currently just a frame. Hopefully this will be transparent in updated pictures/ info on the ad when necessary. Wasnt aware the pool maintenance team would be in early on check out day, so was a bit daunting as wasnt sure initially if they should be there and also wouldnt of had the opportunity to have a final swim if we wanted one that morning. Could have done with some quilt covers, as although provided with clean sheets, wasnt too sure how hygienic the quilts were.

The house was very spacious. We were a family of six adults and had enough space. Outdoor seating and sunbeds were upgraded and brand new. Nevertheless there were too many negative circumstances overshadowing

Too many things were not good to rate satisfyingly overall. You can tell the wooden villa is getting old and the pictures are massively retouched so you do not see it when booking. The outdoor area was not welcoming and clean, it seamed like we are the first guest in the season and everything was not prepared yet: old brown palm leaves are stacked next to the pool. Old building material shivered around outdoor seating area. Bbq was flooded by water and useless at that point. (Got cleaned later) forget about using the promised washing machine, which is located outside, rustic and has some mold. All windows haven’t seen any cleaning in a very long time. Kitchen was dirty, sticky and bread crumbles in shelving. Bath mats were dirty and had stains as well as hair in it. During our stay we’ve been hunting 3 massive cockroaches. In the end we knew staying in Algeciras is not the most scenic and nice place in Andalucía, nevertheless we did not expect the drive to Tarifa for e.g. will take about 35-40min Only good thing though - the owner reacted and sent a gardener to clean the outdoor area (by the end of our 7 days stay)
