Peaceful Guesthouse With Large Private Pool And Secluded Gardens

We’ve just spent 10 blissful days at this amazing property. The pool is exceptional! My 4 children (16, 14, 13 & 11) lived in it, and it was big enough for me to get some lengths in. The Guesthouse was perfect for my family of 6, nice large open plan living space, decently equipped for when you want to eat in. The setting was idyllic, up in the hills between Algeciras and Tarifa, but close enough to the towns and beaches to make it easy to get out and about.

We have had a blissful two weeks staying here with our three children. The pool is wonderful and the children spent many happy hours splashing about in it. The garden is large, very private and peaceful. The accommodation is very comfortable with everything you need for your stay. There are little touches like the coffee machine which make it feel more like a home from home. The owner is very affable and couldn't be more accommodating. We came to Tarifa to see the Orcas and were rewarded with an amazing experience - one for the memory banks. There were hundreds of raptors continuously overhead including vultures, booted Eagles, short-toed Eagles, Black Kites to name a few. The walks in the Alconarles nature reserve which the property backs onto are a wonderful opportunity to experience the local wildlife. The beaches are idyllic, great swathes of white sand edged with crystal clear waters. If you are into windsurfing or kite surfing then this is the place. Cantering on horseback along the beach was another wonderful experience. Thanks to the many recommendations from the owner we ate out in Tarifa in style - the food was always good, with the added bonus of being reasonably priced and family friendly. All in all a really good experience.

Just back from a great stay at this wonderful property. The grounds are delightful with a large, very private swimming pool. The guesthouse is well equipped with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Peter the owner is great to deal with, replying promptly to all emails. Tarifa is about 10 minutes drive away, well worth a visit, especially the old town. Highly recommend.
