Four-bedroom villa just a short walk from the beach and Puerto Sotogrande:
Charming, detached villa, fully renovated in a quiet and very private area; about a 10-minute walk from Torreguadiaro Beach and Puerto Sotogrande.
The property has been recently renovated with the finest amenities to ensure you fully enjoy your stay and is decorated in warm tones. It features a large parking area with space for about 6 cars and a beautiful front garden lined with tall palm trees that lead up to the house.
The open-concept first floor, offering 360-degree views of the property, consists of a living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a guest bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower, as well as a guest restroom. From anywhere on the first floor, you can access the side porches, the front garden, or the pool area.
On both sides of the house are two porches: one with direct access from the kitchen and a summer dining area, and the other with a relaxation area. The pool is a saltwater pool; there is a shower and a restroom for the outdoor area, as well as a laundry room.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, all with double beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. The rear bedrooms overlook the countryside, and from the front bedrooms, you can see the sea.
The property features hot/cold air conditioning in all bedrooms, as well as fans, an alarm system, home automation, and Wi-Fi. The living/dining room has ceiling fans. The pool is fenced for added safety if you have small children. All doors and windows have screens. There is a 48-inch TV in the living room, and all bedrooms have TVs and USB ports.
