Топ локация, бързо настаняване и освобождаване. Дори през лятото, хладен апартамент и не сме пускали климатик. Удобно легло. Има всичко необходимо за престоя ви, а срещу апартамента малък магазин за кафе сутрин и други дребни работи.

Терасата много мръсна, в банята имаше мухъл по плочкити в кабината - по стените и по пода. Вратата на кабината е пред разпад , ролките са счупени. Сутрин е доста светло - има втори, по-дебели пердета, но не вършат особена работа.

Хорошее место для проживания. Центр города,пляж, магазинчики,местные достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Аппартаменты уютные, комфортные.

Excellent location - very close to the city center and the sea garden, several paid parking lots are available in the vicinity (on-street parking is challenging in the area), the property is quite nice - bright, nice furnishing and tasteful decoration. The kitchen is quite well equipped in terms of cuttlery/pots/glassware/kitchen utensils. Overall it has a great potential and could be a great place to stay in Burgas in case some actions are taken by the hosts.

We had zero support from the hosts during our stay - neither by phone, nor by chat - which made it quite frustrating. We got in contact only in the evening after our checkout. The property we were accommodated in was a studio with a small kitchenette, not really a 1 bedroom apartment as described in Booking.com. No identification whatsoever on the letterbox accommodating the keybox (so you just need to open all letterboxes until you locate the one you need), or on the property door (all doors look alike). The terrace is quite narrow and, although pleasant for smokers, you can't do or see much there. Several annoying issues requiring immediate maintenance were communicated to the property handlers with a hope to be resolved asap. Please have in mind the following if booking here: - if you are a light sleeper - there is noise from the neighbours (water flushing, dropping things on the floor, etc...), noisy communal doors (squeaking and shutting with a bang), garbage collectors at 2am., street noise from delivery minivans early in the morning. To be fair, we stayed during the work week and it might be better in the weekend. - no lift to the property (not a problem if you don't have a lot of heavy luggage or some health issues). - you will not be given the full list of rules / accommodation directions unless you provide full personal details into a system (you are given no alternative and you are not told this before you book and pay).
