Welcome to 3 Buoys at Queen’s Grant—a spacious soundfront retreat where your family can enjoy the best of both sides of Topsail Island.

Located in the gated Queen’s Grant community, our home combines peaceful sound views with adjacent walkable convenient beach access, a community pool, a large hot tub, and exceptional boating amenities. Spend the morning at the beach, relax by the pool, launch your boat for a day on the water, and return to enjoy a beautiful Topsail sunset.

The light-filled upper level is designed for gathering. Vaulted ceilings and large windows create an open coastal atmosphere, while the oversized sectional provides plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family. The living area also includes a large television, high-speed Wi-Fi, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with a generous island and bar seating.

The home offers three bedrooms plus a lower-level bunk/bonus room and comfortably sleeps up to nine guests in dedicated beds.

BEACH, POOL AND HOT TUB
Queen’s Grant makes it easy to enjoy a complete Topsail Island vacation. Take a short walk to the community beach access for a day by the ocean, relax at the shared pool, or unwind in the large shared community hot tub.
The community pool is open seasonally from May 15 through October 31.

BRING YOUR BOAT
Boaters are welcome at Queen’s Grant. Registered rental guests may launch their boats from the community boat ramp, dock and use their boats throughout their stay, and park their trailers in the designated trailer-parking area within the complex.
The boating facilities are reserved for Queen’s Grant owners and registered guests. Boats and trailers must be placed in the appropriate docking and parking areas and comply with community rules.

THE SPACE
The open upper floor is the heart of the home, with plenty of room for everyone to cook, dine, relax, and spend time together. Multiple decks provide additional outdoor space and coastal views.
The three bedrooms offer comfortable private sleeping accommodations, while the lower-level triple-bunk room gives children or additional guests their own dedicated space. An in-home elevator connects the levels and makes transporting luggage, groceries, and beach gear more convenient.
