Oceanfront Oasis - Perfect for Families

Oceanfront Oasis, this three bedroom, three bath townhome is right on the beach and perfect for family vacations or a fabulous girlfriends retreat! It features beautiful Brazilian Teak hardwood floors, large bedrooms, and has been redecorated top to bottom. Imagine waking-up to the sun rising over the ocean where you can sip your morning coffee and catch a dolphin sighting. Going to the beach couldn't be easier - no more lugging multiple beach bags, simply walk a few steps on the Brand New private walkway to/from the house to grab a snacks or take a break from the sun on one of the large covered decks. Or lounge on the new platform with the best views of the beach under an umbrella. This fantastic home is located just 0.6mi from the center of Topsail where you can find restaurants, shops and bars. For the kids, there is a lovely park, a mini-golf, and a small skating rink in the center of town.
The Bedrooms
Bedrooms accommodate 6 adults and 4 children
1. The master suite is an extra large bedroom with a king size bed, and 2 club chair, and a large roku-enabled flat screen tv. It has its own bathroom with double sinks and a stall shower. The best feature of this bedroom is that it has its own oceanfront deck! The deck has a couch, small loveseat, two chairs, and a coffee table.
2. The second, street-side bedroom on this same floor is also a spacious room that has a king size bed and a daybed with a trundle. It also features an attached private bath that has a bathtub for the kiddos to splash around in after a day spent on the beach. It too has a roku-enabled tv and an extra chair.
3. The top floor, street-side bedroom is another large bedroom that has a king size bed and a daybed with a trundle. This bedroom has an attached bath with a bathtub that is shared with the main living area. This third bedroom also has a roku-enabled tv.
The Living Space
The main living space is on the top floor of the home with spectacular ocean views. It is an open-concept layout with the kitchen, dining, and living rooms as one large great room that opens-up to a deck.
• The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of dinnerware to accommodate those large family meals. It also has new pots and pans, and plenty of utensils and serving dishes to satisfy those who like to cook. Other kitchen features: microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator with water and ice maker, serving platters, large pantry, Keurig and regular coffee maker, toaster, blender, small smoothie maker, food processor, crockpot, and fire extinguisher and first aid kit. In addition, we provide all storage bags, trash bags, foils, plastic wrap, dish soap, hand soap, sponges, paper towels, etc. The only thing you need to bring is food and drinks!
• The dining table can accommodate 6 and there is also an attached kitchen island that seats 4.
• The living room furniture is super comfy leather couches and chairs with plenty of seating for everyone. The living room built-in shelves house a ton of games and puzzles, both for kids and adults alike. It also contains some books and features a large flat screen smart tv. There are also some cozy quilts for guest use.
• The high-speed, free wifi is also located in the living space but reaches all areas of the house.
• The top floor deck has 2 full-size couches, two chairs a coffee table and side table. It is the perfect spot for evening cocktails or if you need to duck out of the sun, but still want to keep an eye on those down on the beach.
Other Amenities
• Beach Gear & Bikes: The house has boogie boards, skimmer boards, and sand toys galore. There are several beach chairs and collapsible camp chairs. There are also 2 beach umbrellas and a shibumi shade. These are in the storage area off of the covered driveway. And there are 2 bikes available for guest use too!
• Grill: There is a gas grill available for guest use that must be used on the ground floor in the designated space only due to Topsail town prescribed grill fire-safety. Guest responsible for filling gas tank.
• Bathrooms: Each bathroom is provided with handsoap, toilet paper, cotton balls, cotton swabs, and disposable cups. Unfortunately, we do not furnish bath or beach towels. Guests must bring their own bath towels and beach towels.
• Bedding & Linens: Bed linens are an additional $100 fee which covers the cost of laundering the linens. A mattress pad, sheets, and quilt set are provided for the king- size beds. Each daybed/trundle has a mattress pad and fitted sheet with extra top sheets and blankets available.
