Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
• GRILL:
We do not provide grill as standard amenity in our properties. However, we can rent a grill for your stay - Please, contact us for more information

We’ve stayed in multiple similar properties, this was our least favorite. From the initial booking, there was lack of communication. I had to reach out to pay for the second charge. I had to reach out to VRBO customer service twice. When I inquired as to why there were no reviews on the property, the response was that it hasn’t been a short term rental however, the carpets (stains all over) and rest of the house did not reflect that response!! There were exposed wires and peeling wallpaper… again, we had to reach out to make sure we weren’t held responsible. Lastly, there was nothing extra on site like our other rental homes, one garbage bag, one paper towel etc.
