We loved the location and the spaciousness of the house. For the most part, we were very pleased with the cleanliness. We appreciated a prompt response to a concern about the lack of a remote for a ceiling fan in one of the rooms. The beds were very comfortable. The ample parking was appreciated.

We were very disappointed to find no paperwork or notebook with detailed information on the premises. In previous houses we have rented, a note book was provided. Items such as passwords for WIFI, dealing with garbage, expectations for cleaning prior to checking out, how to run various appliances, etc.... were either not found at all or were found in various locations - in an email or a text, on a website, on a note on the counter, etc.... It would be VERY helpful to have everything in one place - and not just online. We spent a lot of time searching for information. In addition, there was a lot of confusion about the clarity of some items - should we have put ALL linens in the bags to be sent away for cleaning - or just the ones we used? There was a warning about being charged extra for not putting all linens in the bag, so we included even the clean ones. What were the pods in the plastic bag on the counter? Were they for the dishwasher or the washing machine? We had to guess.
