Parking at Pelican Pointe is limited to 2 vehicles per unit. Passes must be purchased on site upon arrival through the security guard tower located as you enter the complex. Parking Passes are $50.00/each. All forms of payment acceptable.A guard will be available at the shack between the hours of 8 am until midnight during the busy season and 4 pm to midnight in the off season. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location, room layout, balconies for miles, awesome beach and chairs/umbrella to rent if you need them, was very clean when we walked into the unit.
Broken hooks for towels and clothes need replaced, scuffed walls need painted, hard to unlock/lock main sliding door, dents in walls need attention and a full couch was missing from the pictures. The extra couch is part of the reason for chosing the unit so updated pictures are needed as well. Elevators were nasty, filthy floors and all day Thursday one elevator smelled very.strong of urine and wasn't cleaned till the following day. We did feel very safe for our entire stay as security was very visible and easy to talk to.
