Lady with management company was rather rude and I had requested an early check in of 2 and received confirmation. However we did not have the code to get in and the woman from management company rudely told us to get off the property. She made sure we did not get code till 4 even though the unit was ready because we met the inspector, who was very kind and helpful.

The dryer kept getting off track and making lots of noise. Walls with out pictures

Loved the view, was overall a nice place.

Bed and couch need to be updated. The cabinets need some fine toning. Dishwasher didn't work.

The location was ideal. The pool was nice.

The refrigerator didn't have an ice maker in the freezer, so we had to purchase ice (all other condos we've rented in Orange Beach have always had ice makers in the freezer). The walls in the (queen bed) bedroom were dusty, and caused my allergies to flare up. There was bird poop on the outdoor furniture. One of the smoke and/or carbon monoxide detectors was missing entirely. Parking passes cost $50.00 (other condos we have rented in Orange Beach provided them free of charge). Only one plug-in in the outlets worked. The WiFi didn't work on the balcony, and we had to sign on to the building's community WiFi. There was a network for our specific unit, but we weren't provided a password for it, specifically. We were unable to rent beach chairs, per the attendant, he explained he was only able to rent 8 sets to the entire condo community of Pelican Pointe. The water pressure in the guest bathroom (in the shower & sink) was entirely too high. The washer and dryer were extremely loud, and sounded dilapidated. My husband's swim trunks got caught in the dryer drum, and it tangled the strings severely. The vent in the kitchen area was extremely dirty. The couch had a stain on it. I had to reach out to the property to request the door code (other condos we've rented sent it to me first thing on the day of arrival).
