Welcome to Pelican Pointe 1502, an elegant 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom beachfront condo offering sweeping views of the Gulf, stylish comfort, and resort-style amenities for up to 8 guests. Located in the heart of Orange Beach, Alabama, this 15th-floor coastal retreat is perfect for families or groups seeking relaxation, adventure, and everything in between.

**PLEASE NOTICE-
The balcony door replacement will begin on April 20th.The workers will begin on the 15th and 14th floors and work their way down the building, doing two floors a week until the project is complete. An ESTIMATED completion date is likely June 5
Entry to the property is MANDATORY.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage. ( limit 1- ONE DOG weighing NO MORE THAN 40lbs.)

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Absolutely STUNNING condo! Beautifully decorated, spacious, with oceanfront views of the Gulf. Granite countertops, custom cabinetry, motorized sofa and recliners. Super spacious, quick elevators, two pools, lots of beautiful white sandy beach. It was everything we could've wanted and more. Close to all the attractions and restaurants. We had a fabulous time and would love to return!

This property is beautiful! Everything was super clean. We felt right at home! A very beach/cozy vibe. The location is also amazing. There is so much to do and the section of the beach is gorgeous. Couldn't recommend enough!
