The hotel is in a beautiful and quiet spot. The fireplace in the room was nice. The breakfast basket is cute.

The room was a bit cold. The towels and sheets didn’t feel nice. There was no hairdryer in one of the rooms. The breakfast could have more variety and it was a pity that the eggs were cold (they come warm but if you don’t eat it immediately it gets cold because it is served on the basket left in front of the room). The water of the bathtub and shower was initially cold ( we needed to request the staff to warm it up). The sauna was not available.

Tinha tudo pra ser perfeito, mas não foi

Café da manhã é entregue numa cesta no Chalé. Hidro é otima e o atendimento é ótimo. Tinha tudo para ser perfeito, mas o chalé é muito frio e úmido e não há um sistema de aquecimento eficaz.

Mesmo colocando lenha na lareira a madrugada toda o quarto não aqueceu o suficiente e passamos uma noite difícil com a nossa bebê. No dia seguinte, Nos ofereceram cobertas extras, mas optamos por fazer o checkout antecipado e encerrar nossa estadia e buscar um outro hotel para passar a noite. Um aquecedor elétrico ou um ar-condicionado resolveria o controle interno da temperatura. Mas a acomodação não possui e a lareira não aquece o quarto, comprometendo o conforto térmico principalmente a noite quando a temperatura cai.

Próximo ao centrinho , chalé espaçoso, lugar muito bonito e localizado na rua principal .

Seria na verdade uma crítica construtiva. O café da manhã é servido no quarto , até aí tudo bem , mas eles q determinam o horário, levam uma cesta e colocam na porta do chalé as 9 da manhã ( logo vc é obrigado a tomar as 9 da manhã. Café da manhã bem simples ( não condiz com o valor cobrado ). No chalé não tem roupão, você sai da hidro e só tem a toalha de banho .Tapete do banheiro e da hidro bem velhos ( apesar de ser um lugar novo ) Amenities sem rótulos e com embalagens amassadas , sabonetes de má qualidade , não possui touca para banho . Check out as 11:00hs ( que poderia ser tranquilamente 12:00hs , pois o check in é à partir das 14:00hs)

Aproveitamos muito, e encontramos o que queríamos, a Paz!!

Gostei bastante do espaço da pousada e das acomodações, sendo um quarto amplo, com lareira e banheira disponível. Nosso pet aproveitou bastante a área externa, sendo um gramado muito bem aparado e sem bichos. limpeza excepcional e atendimento rápido. O Café servido no quarto dá um toque romântico na nossa estadia. Adoramos esse detalhe. A localização perto do centro de Visconde de Maua, podendo aproveitar as peculiaridades da cidade e o aconchego .

Várias regras que não são ditas aqui na hora da reserva, sauna ainda não estava em funcionamento e já costa como pronta, café da manhã na cesta, porém não perguntou o que comemos,, saindo muito cedo.

Lugar calmo e bem localizado com café da manhã maravilhoso.

Café da manhã ótimo, muita variedade e tudo de qualidade. O local é bem agradável, com a jardinagem muito bem cuidada, e uma tranquilidade única. O acesso é ótimo, com estradas todas pavimentadas e acomodações limpas. Ponto positivo é a água do chuveiro, com boa vazão e temperatura.

As lâmpadas da cozinha estavam queimadas. A sky não estava funcionando. Uma certa sensação de insegurança, pois não tem nenhum controle de acesso à pousada e o portão fica sempre aberto. Algumas janelas não possuem cortinas, o que tira um pouco da privacidade.

Ficamos no chalé de madeira, super espaçoso e aconchegante, ducha ótima e cama confortável, café da manhã incrível servido no próprio chalé com muito capricho. Lugar silencioso, área da piscina perfeita. Adorei a experiência de me hospedar no Maontanhas do Visconde.
