A atenção e gentileza do proprietário

Não tinha armário e nem cômoda no quarto. O banheiro não tinha porta ( muito ruim isso). Não tem um programa ideal para receber Pet e a internet ( Wi-Fi) muito ruim. Não achei simpatia por parte das duas funcionárias; pareciam estar fazendo tudo por mera obrigação ( emburradas, pouquíssima simpatia).

Hospedagem contribuiu para que eu pudesse ter um momento de lazer e descanso

Gostei muito do cuidado que o Fábio teve desde antes mesmo de chegar na hospedagem, muito atencioso, cuidadoso e prestativo para me dar as informações e me ajudar com dicas de segurança sobre o local e a chegada. No quarto havia tudo o que era necessário para que fosse confortável: cama grande e confortável com roupas de cama limpas e quente, uma lareira ótima e hidromassagem. As equipe de meninas que trabalham na hospedagem super simpáticas e atenciosas também. A hospedagem contribuiu para que eu pudesse ter um momento de descanso e de lazer. Só tenho a agradecer.

Tivemos uma estadia excelente! A pousada é super confortável, com lareira, chuveiro quente (pegamos a acomodação sem hidro), ótima limpeza, café da manhã com produtos frescos e localização próxima ao centro de Visconde de Mauá. O Fábio foi um anfitrião incrível, muito atencioso e acolhedor. O destaque vai também para o menu de pizzas servido no restaurante da pousada: deliciosas e ambiente super agradável. Com certeza voltaremos!

Ficamos em um quarto próximo à rua, então pela manha havia barulho de carros e motos. Nada demais, mas pra quem tem sono leve, incomoda um pouco pela manhã.

Gostei de tudo! Atendimento impecável pelo sr. Fábio, que passou todas as instruções. A Paola que foi muito atenciosa, principalmente em me explicar como acender a lareira e ainda foi armar ela pra mim, obrigada. Estacionamento para o respectivo quarto. Café da manhã já com a mesa do seu respectivo quarto, bem interessante, pq vc sabe que a hora que acordar sua mesa estará lá te aguardando.

O minha única observação falei diretamente com seu Fábio e foi esclarecido. Mas que com certeza numa próxima hospedagem estará tudo ok.

O simples que se faz perfeito; confortável, chuveiro e banheira nota 10! Água quente inclusive na torneira. Café da manhã gostoso de verdade: o doce de amora 😍 O carinho em trocar as toalhas todos os dias (por conta da dificuldade de secá-las entre os banhos por conta do frio), o serviço de limpeza do quarto, se solicitar, a simpatia das meninas.
