Enjoyable and comfortable stay

Great service, the host was very responsive, and made sure that our guest was well taken cared of. The apartment was clean, facilities were great, and the location was perfect. We did not have enough room in our own apartment for our guest so having this place which is just walking distance from ours was very convenient.

Very disappointing stay

The check-in process was good and easy

The whole place reeked of weed really badly and the place was up an extremely steep set of stairs. If you have any mobility issues or travel with large luggage, this is not the place for you.

Close to the town and train station. Comfy big bed. Nice shower and bathroom plus kitchen facilities. Big room.

Location central, nice coffee pods. Netflix

No lights in kitchen, convention microwave would be nice. Only one coffee cup. No hand soap in bathroom..heated towel rail not connected in bathroom. Slight smell of cigarette.

Lovely stay in a cosy and comfortable apartment on the riverside of Breda.

We had a great stay at D10 Apartments last week. The apartment was so cosy, well decorated and my friend and I felt very comfortable staying there. It has everything you need, including a small kitchenette, fridge, super comfy huge bed and a nice bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay and Maarten was a friendly and communicative host. We also really liked Breda - the town centre is about a 10 minute walk and the station is only 5 minutes. We would definitely like to return and stay in D10 apartments again!

The stairs up to the apartment are not for the faint-hearted, but after all it's very typical of Dutch properties. Some kitchen roll or napkins would've been handy in the kitchen :)

Large (for the Netherlands) studio. Modern furniture. Very clean. Huge comfortable bed. Kitchen with everything you need. Maarten is responsive and kind host.

Everything was ok, except that it was not cleaned well.

The apartment had everything we needed and is good located.

It was not so clean. Sheets and towels were fresh but the floor and furniture were not so clean: a lot of dust and no hoovering/vacuum-cleaning done recently.

really nice wee apartment, great to have a homey space and a kitchen to use. location was great, close to the station and the fun part of town but quiet and private too. Maarten our host was super friendly and helpful. would definitely come back and stay again!

Slechte matrassen (we kregen na klacht van 1e slechte nacht wel een extra topper en dat hielp wel wat) muffe badkamer, muffe handdoeken, niet proper (ik kon letterlijk schrijven in het stof, zie foto) steile trap, gebouw ruikt naar sigaretten en wiet

Door het hele pand hing een erg doordringende rooklucht, en zo ook in onze kamer. Dat was niet erg aangenaam maar zo voor één nachtje was ons verblijf wel oke

op zich prima, op de geur na maar locatie top

locatie vlak bij het park dus zo in het centrum dat is fijn. lopen in het een 10 - 15 min tot het centrum bij aankomst je kon de deur openen met een code en je sleutel pakken en vervolgens je eigen gang gaan.

parkeergelegenheid je kan parkeren alleen ook maximaal 3 uur aan de straat dus moet je daar iets op verzinnen. in de badkamer hing een vieze geur, waarschijnlijk afvoer (ik hoop het tenminste) ik heb het douchen maar even gelaten. de geur trok door tot in de slaapkamer.

Prima verblijf voor een weekend weg

De centrale locatie is top: het station zit echt om de hoek, maar ook de Spar supermarkt voor bijv. je ontbijt. En je loopt zo het Valkenburg park in en sta je op de markt van Breda.

Er was een hele indringende rokersgeur aanwezig van een vorige gast vermoed ik, ondanks strikt anti-rook beleid.

Top verblijf, onthoudertje voor een volgende keer breda!

Locatie is top, je loopt zo park valkenberg en het centrum in. Mooie ruime nette kamer. Zeer ruim Balkon bij 1 vd kamers, alleen miste daar (nog) verlichting. 1 kamer ruime koelkast, andere een kleintje. Magnetronen fornuis. (helaas geen combi, dat zou het nog net iets fijner gemaakt hebben). Nette euime badkamer.

Miste een waterkoker, alleen een dolce gusto machine. Bij m'n ouders op de kamer wel waterkoker, alleen geen bereikbaar stopcontact bij het aanrecht. Behoorlijke steile trappen in het mooie pand, voor ons geen probleem maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden. Binnenkomen was even een soort escaperoom ervaring, het controlepaneel met cijfers vinden was in het zonnetje een uitdaging. Maar de host reageerde gelijk op onze vraag en belde netjes terug. Super vriendelijk en netjes geholpen. 1 vd matrassen was behoorlijk zacht. De douchekop mag voor mij een wat hardere straal hebben.

Bedden vernieuwen, afwerking verbeteren en het is weer een top appartement op een toplocatie.

- instructies voor entree kunnen beter - de matrassen op de bedden waren uiterst slecht en de bedden zijn doorgezakt. - op de matrassen waren haren van vorige huurders te vinden. - de ruimte was niet geluidsdicht, zoals aangegeven in de beschrijving. De buren waren letterlijk te verstaan. - overall afwerking van het appartement is verouderd, roestige afvalbakken, led licht deed het niet.
