De Cosy Barock met gezellige Patio !

Wunderschönes, stilvolles Apartment direkt am Anfang der Fußgängerzone. Wer detailverliebten Nippes mag, wird es hier lieben! Sauberkeit war trotz Baustelle im Haus top. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich herzliche Menschen mit einer klassischen, großherzigen Einstellung, die man heute selten findet. Perfekt für einen Städtetrip!

Im WC und in der Küche gab es noch unfertige Ausbesserungsarbeiten. Das tut dem Aufenthalt aber keinen Abbruch – im Gegenteil, uns hat es bewiesen, dass die Unterkunft laufend instand gehalten wird.

Mooi pand op geweldige locatie. Ook gebruik van garage tegen betaling was handig en de communicatie met de eigenaar verliep vlot.

Er lag heel veel stof en rommel (bv nog kerstversiering in juli, panelen op de grond die eigenlijk voor de boiler in het toilet moesten hangen, vuile kussens in de zetel,...). Er was gepoetst maar precies enkel op de grond,toen we de ventilator aanzette vloog het stof in het rond. Buiten was men aan het werk (wij zaten tussen de stellingen en het lawaai van de plastic die heen en weer wapperde). Daardoor was op het mooie terras zitten niet aangenaam (jammer dat dit niet op voorhand werd meegedeeld).

Location location location! Quiet pedestrian street in the heart of city central. We walked from the train station- no need for a car. Restaurants are everywhere and there is a great gelato place just up the street. Close to the grocery for provisions too. We walked to all the places we wanted to go. Our teenager slept on the couch and the divided bathroom was handy. Gorgeous decor felt very decadent. The water pressure in the shower is amazing and the tap water is delicious. For exploring Breda you can’t find any place better. Luc was very helpful with the keys.

They are doing construction on the building but it was always while we were out and about. Not really a problem at all.
