House is very central, clean and spacious.

The house was very central and was super clean with spacious, pretty bedrooms. There were lots of nice little touches and basic provisions like milk, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs and toiletries. Whilst one room is in the basement, all efforts regards humidity and heat were provided; though you might like to bring some slippers for the brick floor, just for comfort, like everywhere else it was very clean just a bit prickly for bare feet.

There is only really seating for 5 in the Dining area - this could easily be corrected with foldable chairs. There is a sound insulation issue that needs to be addressed, there are so many easy ways via DIY to do this nowadays. Alas no such measures have been made, which leads to neighbours pestering you even when you are just having a conversation, no music.

Only downside was negotiating the distance from the basement to bathroom at night without disturbing anyone else. Could do with a first floor toilet

Cheaper than hotel, bust host should resolve the issue I have listed

Damp basement with dehumidifier needing emptying daily, toilet moved when sat on, holes and cracks in walls. Skirting loose and stained and bleached towels. Little communication from host I.e not until day of check in and no check out instructions.

We did not spend a lot of time in the house but it did meet our needs,It could use some fixing up

The location was good and the back garden was nice. The plastic furniture is cracked and not very comfortable. We borrowed chairs from our family so we could sit out.

The stove fan does not work, the bathroom brush is disintegrating and needs to be replaced and the shower had mold in the door slide and was not very clean. More pillows for the bedrooms would make the bed more comfortable but otherwise the bedrooms were fine. I would say overall the house was not as clean as we would have liked but did have anything we needed.

Easy to get the key since there were a lock box, very well equipped and comfortable place. Very well located as well (supermarket, city center).

Since we were four people, I would say that a second toilet would have been appreciated, given that the only one is located in the sole bathroom.

We were out of the property for much of the booking, did not prepare evening meals there, so cannot tell if enough equip

it was clean and comfortable, the kitchen was just what we needed for preparing breakfast. The shower was lovely and hot.

it would have been helpful to have had a file with all the manuals for heating, microwave, cooker, w/machine instructions in one place. Luckily one of our number knew how to work the heating system!!

Three spacious perfectly decorated double rooms, everywhere spotlessly clean, modern stylish dining room but still with a feel of authenticity. Front lounge and kitchen ideal for our needs couldn't have asked for more

Minor gripe would be the weather was great so we sat out in the garden, the garden needs a bit of clearing and the grass mowing, but it wasnt a major issue

location, was comfortable and clean mostly, few hairs in lampshade in bedroom but over all ok

lighting was very subdued and electric tripped couple of times, first time while sitting at table so no idea why.. second when we removed a plug so acceptable. dehumidifier in lower bedroom was registering full during first night.

great location but thin walls

The location of the flat was perfect! It was a short walk into town and was on a quiet street. The space was perfect for the group and was a good home base. The flat was also very clean!

The walls are very thin and talking in normal voices caused the neighbor to come tell us to quiet down. Also there was a leak in the basement that the owner was aware of before our stay. The day is rained the most caused the leak to start up and it leaked onto my open suitcase and all of my clothes. When I reached out to the owner for assistance he responded that he was aware and work was being done when left and when I asked what to do in the meantime he said use the one extra towel or the mop in the utility closet.

Did what is said on the tin!

Location was close to the town centre and amenities. Easy to find and parking although not at the property was close by and was a small charge for the whole weekend. Provided all toiletries and well equipped for self-catering.

A light bulb in the small bedroom was missing!
