1. low water pressure at bathroom and kitchen (I think that's why most of houses in rome is too old) 2. My family want to use sofa bed, it's unmanaged :( 3. location is good. but around 3-4am, some people sing loudly :( 4. me and my family are 5 people. I thought this accommodation has two shower rooms. but it has just one shower room. I didn't check it. If water pressure was so high, it's enough to family.
