Very good and comfortable for the price. Good equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean, good heating (it was on when we came too). Good location, 5 min from metro station. Staff was very helpful in accessing the location. Bed is very spacious and got clean sheets, towels and even shower gel and shampoo.

The stairs are a bit of an inconvenience but not a big deal for this price. There is a boiler for hot water, so beware of using it all and showering with cold water.

The location of the apartment was excellent, very central and convenient for getting around the city. The price was also relatively good and fair for the area.

Unfortunately, there were several issues during our 5-day stay. First, there is a severe lack of privacy. It's a ground-floor apartment facing the inner courtyard of the building complex, and the front door has glass panels. Even with the blinds down, people outside could easily see inside at night, which was very uncomfortable since the bathroom is located exactly opposite the front door. Second, the apartment uses a boiler, so the hot water supply is limited. Third, the cleanliness was subpar. We found hair in the sink, marks on the shower tiles, and a lot of dust on the stair handrail. Fourth, the amenities were totally inadequate. For a 5-day stay for 2 people, we were only provided with two tiny sachets of hair & body wash, forcing us to buy our own. Lastly, the indoor stairs are extremely steep and require a lot of caution so you don't fall or hit your head.
