Central - Luxury - Very Comfy

The location of the property was great and everything was very clean

The property was advertised as a three bedroom apartment, however the third bedroom was in fact the living room with one of the other bedrooms off it which meant whoever had the living room had someone walking through. This was not what we expected from the advert. It was also advertised as two bathrooms. It was one bathroom with toilet and then a separate toilet. The bidet did not work and neither did the main shower. There were air conditioning units but the remote controls for these had been removed. The instructions were not clear on how to enter the property however they did send a video which I advise you to watch as without this we would have struggled.

This apartment has to be one of the best out of all the places we've stayed worldwide! Beautiful apartment, great beds, plenty of space for a family of four, superb location. Its about a 15min walk to the centre of Budapest but literally 2mins walk are trams, buses, metro taking you everywhere. We loved the cooking and dining area and the silence at night away from busy streets. We stayed middle of December and the warmth inside the apartment with the heating was much appreciated. We missed the first 2 nights due to flight cancellations, but fortunately for us, the owners were very accommodating and the check in instructions are excellent alongwith the video which helps so much. Highly recommend this apartment for families looking for space, proximity to transport and local shops and getting more space for your money.

The only negative is the shower cubicle was out of order. There is still a shower inside the bath but not standing.

La ubicación está bien, enseguida estás en el centro y cerca de cualquier sitio con transporte público. El apartamento es bastante espacioso y tiene todo lo necesario.

El check-in está explicado de forma muy superficial, es algo enrevesado porque han traducido el mensaje y no está correctamente traducido, por lo que lo hace complicado de entender. La calefacción de una de las habitaciones no funcionaba, cuando contactamos con el alojamiento no nos dieron respuesta alguna cuando anteriormente la conversación era siempre muy rápida. Algunas de las luces de las habitaciones tampoco funcionaban desde el primer momento que entramos, lo notificamos y nada. La ducha del apartamento olía fatal, tenía un cartel de fuera de servicio, menos mal que había una bañera en el mismo baño. Es una pena que no arreglaran nada ni siquiera nos contestaran a los mensajes, eso sí, al check-out bien que tenían prisa por saber si ya nos habíamos ido, cuando hacía horas estábamos fuera. Es un sitio normalito en una ciudad en la que con tiempo, puedes reservar apartamentos o hoteles baratos y mucho mejores. El sitio ganaría mucho si el trato una vez estás en el apartamento fuese el correspondiente, o el mínimo.
