L’emplacement proche de toutes commodités.

Pour un logement plutôt neuf je trouve que par rapport à ma première location en janvier il est déjà très détérioré. Volet non fonctionnel, séchoir à linge tordu et cassé, pomme de douche cassée vous lavez toute la salle de bain quand vous vous douchez. Il faudrait aussi prévoir un grand nettoyage entre les locations,canapé poussiéreux, poussière partout.Manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine saladiers, plat à four. Il manque également quelques produits d’entretiens de base.

Apartment in Budapest was spacious and well decorated. Kitchen was well equipped. Balcony was nice to have fresh air. Bathroom with shower was spacious and had a washer machine. Bed was comfortable unlike the pillows. Lots of natural light. About 30min walk to river promenade. Grocery stores nearby and a playground in the corner if you need one for your child. Host was very responsive. Very good stay besides a few cons.

If you’re traveling with children, be aware that this property doesn’t provide towels to children (a hidden policy not stated in the apartment description). There are 2 bathrooms, 1 with toilet and sink, and 1 with sink and shower. We were given only 1 very small hand towel and 1 soap to share between the 2 bathrooms. When I asked the host for extra towels, I was getting charged €2.50 per extra towel. We stayed for 4 days and had 1 laundry detergent pod, 1 small roll of paper towels and 1 garbage bag to use. Kitchen had tons of salt and pepper but not sugar or oil. Coffee was provided. There was also no cleaning supplies to clean the stove after cooking and also no dish soap if you wanted to wash a few dishes by hand. Dish washer soap was given. However, what I disliked the most besides the lack of towels was the lack of cleanness. The desk, night stands and headboard in bedroom were completely dusty, besides other dusty surfaces in the apartment. Floor was dirty too. I was sneezing a lot during my stay. Rug in bedroom also very dusty. I had to clean before unpacking and letting my child play.

lipsa de servetele in bucatarie, sare, ulei, ceai si alte alimente de baza. Aparatul de cafea cu suport rupt, dar am reusit sa facem cafea, am si lasat capsule, aduse de acasa, fiind pregatita (la sosire erau doar 3 capsule) pt 3 persoane pe 3 zile...

Come ho scritto nella valutazione generale, l'alloggio è andato oltre le nostre aspettative. Molto gradita la macchina da caffè Nespresso con alcune capsule già disponibili. Poi la metro che si trova molto vicina.
