We were very happy with our condo! It was exactly what was described and pictured .The check in and check out were so easy. The communications were outstanding and I was able to find all the information I needed on the website.Highly recommend!.

This was the third condo in this complex we have rented over the last 7 years. Overall we were very pleased with this property. It was very comfortable and clean. There were enough pots, pans, cooking utensils and glasses. All appliances worked just fine. There were some minor maintenance issues that we listed for the owners to address. I would rank this property #2 of the 3 we rented.

Overall a great place! Pool was lovely, property was in good shape considering the damage from the hurricanes in the area! Would definitely stay again! Lots of starter essentials which was a great surprise! (Second bed was not super comfy… could use a replacement)

I'll be brief. We came to Sarasota because our Daughter will be attending Ringling College in the fall.She had to attend a pre-school orientation. When we arrived at night the entrance to the door was full of cob webs and dirt. It kinda looked like no one had been there for days. When we got inside the master bedroom and bath were full of mosquitos. Overall for what we paid it was an okay stay. The check out rules that were posted where very strict. The host was requesting on the checkout that we had to wash one load of towels and linens prior to check out.
