Nestled on a quiet country road, surrounded by rolling hills and lush farm land, this clean and comfortable, newly redecorated cabin is just minutes away from the beautiful and historic Village of Cooperstown and many of the popular area destinations. A short, picturesque drive will lead you to the Fenimore Art Museum, Glimmerglass Opera, the Farmer’s Museum, the National Baseball Hall of Fame, Glimmerglass State Park, the Otesaga Resort, and SO much more...
Or just stay in...relax and take in the peacefulness of the country on the covered front porch, in the hot tub, or around the fire pit in a comfortable Adirondack style chair. In the back, there is an outdoor patio set with umbrella and 4 chairs, a small table and 2 side chairs, a gas grill and an outdoor heater (guest provides propane) for your use. There is seating for two by the little fountain pond. Cushions and chair covers are provided in the deck box. The back yard is perfect for some friendly game competition, so bring your Giant Jenga, Croquet or Can Jam. We've got a set of corn hole boards on site.
In the winter, snowmobilers will love the easy access to the NYS snowmobile trails from The Lazy Squirrel Property.

This cabin is a year round rental and has cell service, Wi-Fi and Satellite TV and can comfortably accommodate up10 people.
On the 1st Floor:
The kitchen contains a full size oven/ gas stove, full size double door refrigerator with pull out freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, a “coffee station” and seating at the island for 4 people. The open kitchen/dining room contains a large dining room table that seats 6 (4 chairs and a bench).
The kitchen and dining area open up to the main living room which contains a sofa, loveseat and easy chair, all of which recline.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer, folding table, an ironing board and iron for your convenience.
There is a full bathroom on the 1st floor, with walk-in shower and two shower heads and a freestanding bathtub, as well.
Bedroom #1 has a Queen size bed, closet, dresser and Smart TV; Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed, closet, dresser and full-length mirror.

On the 2nd Floor:
Bedroom #3 is a large room, closed off from the loft area behind a sliding barn door. On one side of this bedroom, there are two queen size beds, a closet, dresser and swivel Smart TV. On the other side of the room, there are two single beds, 2 side tables, a dresser and a swivel Smart TV. Bedroom #3 has an attached bathroom and jacuzzi tub.
The loft has its own living/family room and there's also an office area in the loft, with a desk, chair and a printer.
