Ground floor: a living room with a fireplace (decorative only) opening onto a first terrace at the front of the house. A fitted kitchen opening onto a second terrace at the rear of the house, a hallway leading to a first bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a second bedroom with three single beds (90cm), a shower room with shower, sink, and toilet.
Amenities: 1 gas stove (4 burners), 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 refrigerator-freezer, 1 dishwasher, 1 iron and ironing board, 1 TV, 1 vacuum cleaner. The washing machine is in the adjoining utility room. Some older furnishings.
End-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant. Cleaning service available upon reservation: €60 flat rate. Linens are not provided. Pets welcome: €25

Proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage is required. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption is extra outside of peak season. The upper floor is not available for rent.
