About this house rental

house (one level) with fully enclosed garden 100 m from the shops in the town center and 400 m approx. from the central beach.
- 1 fitted kitchen (ceramic hob with 3 burners, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher - fridge at the entrance to the kitchen), which opens onto a small corridor giving access to the bedrooms, bathrooms.
- 1 bathroom (sink, shower cubicle and heated towel rail) and 1 separate WC,
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. and 1 other bedroom with 2 single beds,
- 1 large bright room (25 m²) (3 French windows opening onto the garden and terrace) including lounge and living room with 1 sofa bed (2 pers.), 1 flat screen TV, 1 fireplace (only decorative).
Outside: tiled terrace, protected by an awning and without vis-à-vis. Garden Lounge . Parking on land (2.70m wide by 5m long) for a medium-sized vehicle. end of stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant.
End-of-stay cleaning option on reservation: flat rate of €60. No linen provided.
An animal accepted: 25€
Electricity consumption to be expected in addition during the low season (from 01/01 to 15/06 and from 15/09 to 31/12).

For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Maison très bien placée au centre ville, pas loin de la plage, agréablement décorée, grande pièce à vivre, mais chambres petites surtout celle des enfants, très nombreux vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine, seul reproche : emplacement de la voiture très petit, et réduit encore par le non taillage des haies. prêts à relouer cette maison l'an prochain.

Das Haus ist wirklich toll, sauber, hat alles was man braucht -sogar einen Regenschirm :-), eine Minute bis Ortskern zu Fuss. Der Garten ist sehr klein und sandig und voller Ameisen. Wenn ein Auto in der Einfahrt steht, kann man nicht mehr um das Haus herum gehen, es ist dann sehr eng. Wir waren in der Vorsaison da und es war schon recht laut, sowohl durch Passanten als auch durch Fahrzeuge, das Haus liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße. Alles in allem würde ich das Haus dennoch empfehlen.
