L'emplacement est vraiment génial et l'appartement super agréable ! L'accès avec boite sécurisée permet d'accéder au logement sans aucun souci et quelle que soit notre heure d'arrivée
Indépendamment de la locataire qui est aux petits soins et offre un logement avec un vrai rapport qualité/prix, le reste est très onéreux : draps/serviettes, parking, ... mais en même temps il est vrai qu'un parking en plein de la Tranche-sur-mer est un vrai +.

Lage direkt am Strand und 100 m zur Bummelstraße, 2 x wöchentlicher Markt, Restaurants und Cafes 100 m zum Strand oder zur Bummelstraße, das Appartement wurde wohl vor kurzem renoviert, Parkplatz 20 m Kosten € 30,- je Woche
Der Außenanstrich der Appartement-Anlage war schmutzig und wirkte sehr ungepflegt.

Ganz liebe Betreuung durch die Vermieterin Brigitte. Ganz tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Liebevoll eingerichtetes, sauberes Appartement.
Die Besteckauswahl und Qualität hätte besser sein können. Ansonsten war aber alles da, was man brauchte.

L'appartement est super bien situé (20 m de la plage et 50m du centre ville). Très agréable à vivre. Propriétaire (Brigitte) joignable, a répondu rapidement à nos questionnements et très sympathique.
