very spacious. excellent location. sparkling clean. great view. very quiet.
1) wifi speed a bit slow/unstable
2) communication channel/line is long so taking time for the property owner to reply to our queries (raise query to the booking.com, then forward to the Sykes Holiday Cottages, then forward to the relevant property owner, then all the communication channel back.

Only supplied 1 key for main door !
Access to spa at The Harbour was only granted on 2 person visit at one time which was misleading so could not enjoy benefits as a family visit.
Also, The Harbour hotel was not aware of a 20% discount for The boat’s customers!!

The property was excellent but unfortunately the beds need new mattresses, especially the back bedroom. The mattress is impossible to sleep on and i would defy anyone to get a decent nights sleep on the saggy old mattress. Sorry i don’t like complaining, as the flat is brilliant but the mattresses let it down badly.
