Beautiful location but not very clean
Location was perfect
Apartment was not very clean. The fridge and dishwasher had a horrible smell. The tap was held together with tape. The floorboards all moved and made a terrible noise. It seemed the only things cleaned were the beds and bathrooms. It's a shame as it was a beautiful apartment with amazing views.

Absolutely stunning views !! Beds are the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Plenty of seating areas so my children could watch TV and I could read. Plenty of showers & toilets. Absolutely loved the place.
Wi-Fi was a bit hit and miss. Tv reception in bedrooms not great but tv in living room was fab. As long as you didn’t want to watch TV in bed it wasn’t a problem. Milk left in the fridge for us but because the fridge wasn’t turned on it was like cottage cheese. Not too much of an issue as plenty of convenience stores close by.

Fantastic location and superb penthouse apartment with stunning views across to the beach scene below. There are easy walks into uniquely quaint and pretty St Ives and along glorious coastal paths, so plenty to see and do. Back at the apartment, our spacious lounge and well-equipped kitchen were just right for a family of 6, with even boxes of games supplied! There were extremely comfortable beds, plenty of storage and spotless bathrooms. And a cheeky little cuckoo clock made us smile!! Though we had wonderful weather to tempt us out, we equally loved relaxing at back at Porthminster Penninsula.
Parking space is understandably limited in St Ives. Though we had an allocated parking space across the road, closely parked cars opposite needed to be moved, so there were delays accessing the very restricted space, to unload and also on departure. As there were 2 cars in our party, one had to find ... and pay .. extra parking down in the station car park... rather frustrating at the end of a long tiring drive. Once indoors, that irritation soon forgotten!

Location was excellent, property was modern, spacious and well equipped. Beautiful beach view from lounge balcony.
Despite having an allocated parking space, each time we went out we came back to someone else parked in the space and had a 15 minute wait for someone to move car so we could park up. Bad drain smell in 2nd bedroom.
