FALSE ADVERTISING... The place is using a different address to advertise the unit. The day before your arrival you will receive a message with a different address. So what you booked is not what you get The unit is a remodel located 3 flights of stair above grade withouth a landing in front of the entry door.. There is no height clearance to stand in front of the door or inside the unit fir most of the unit. Almost impossible to bring your luggage up as the stair is very narrow . The unit is only clean because is been recently built and it has already a very strong smell coming from the pipes The unit has not a garden view as advertised. The only small window it has overlooks a dirty backyard. To reach the unit you have to go thru a dilapidated house, and what the owner calls a garden is a neglected yard space with a poorly installed fake grass and dropped tiles on top that are more of a hazard than anything as they are loose. The parking space is a narrow garage full of junk and spider webs that is not possible to use The area around is not really safe and, as a woman, you do not feel secure going out at night We booked 3 nights but ended up staying only one. The owner refused to give back any money for the other two nights. For the same price per night you can book a 4 star hotel in a better location. Booking.com is not been able to help with obtaining any refund. It is definetively not worth overpaying for their services either...they take zero responsability.

Un bon séjour quand même même s'il faudrait que François le propriétaire remette en état le bien

l'emplacement, la climatisation, le calme

l'exiguïté, la serrure et la poignée de porte de la chambre cassée. un adhésif avait même été mis sur la gâche de la porte pour que la porte ne se ferme pas et qu'on ne reste pas enfermé dans la chambre ! Bonne cuisine à disposition mais manque vraiment d'équipement. Une seule poële, pas de casserole, des couverts en nombre très insufissant ainsi que des accessoires (saladiers...) Comment cuisinier si les outils manquent ? Côté literie, si les draps et taies étaient propres et les lits confortables, l'oreiller du lit du séjour était terriblement sale. A changer absoluement.... les prises des lampes de chevet n'étaient raccordés à aucune prise et sans rallonges pour le faire. C'est dommage car avec un minimum d'entretien et d'équipements, le séjour aurait été plus agréable. A noter aussi des odeurs de dégât des eaux dans la salle de bain.

Le contact avec Pascal notre hôte. On avait l'impression d'être accueilli par un ami ou un membre de la famille. On a pu échanger et partager un verre à notre arrivée. Très agréable.
