Fabulous location with plenty of parking. Beautiful house with low beams and gorgeously presented throughout. A house with all mod cons and plenty of character. Everything provided that you might need from a gas or coal bbq to plenty of glassware and posh towels!! Lovely walks on your doorstep and two nice pubs also within easy walking distance. We were a group of 8 and loved the fact that as well as the main sitting room, there's a snug and garden room if anyone wanted to get away from the rabble.
That's tricky! Would be really nit picking to say a downstairs loo would get extra gold stars.

The house was lovely and we had a great candle lit dinner in the dining room. All the beds were comfy and would recommend this to any family or group of friends looking for easy access to the Peak District but staying on the side of London.
