Too short stay at the edge of Marjan park

The Appartment is well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I think it is even better than in the photos. A few minutes walk from the old town and the closest beach is 15-20 minutes walk. But we took a taxi and went to Kasjuni as this beach is top!!!

Super clean, spacious, quiet place with all mod cons. The hosts have thought of every little detail.

Very friendly hosts who even offered to collect us. We declined their offer and took a cab instead, but Petar was at the property when we arrived, ready to show us in and show us around. He gave a full tour and explained everything very well. We were impressed with everything. The property was spacious and super clean. We appreciated that washing pods were available as we would otherwise have to go out and buy a full pack just to do one load of washing. The shower was clean and also had some kind of toiletries available (we used our own). There were plenty of healthy houseplants all around, not artificial. It might seem like a strange point to make, but it really helped give the place a homely and relaxing feel. The terrace was gorgeous. A bit of a sun trap during the mid-day hours, but it was beautifully maintained with a slight view of the sea. It was quiet and private, which we appreciated a lot. Inside had air conditioning and a massive tv, with Petar allowing us to borrow his Netflix account. What service! There was simply nothing we didn't like, in fact, we jokingly talked about how we wouldn't mind living there!

Brilliant

Peter met us even though we arrived after 11pm. He was incredibly kind and helpful. The place is close to the centre of Split, but far enough out of the way that it’s really quiet, and there’s a great view nearby. Super clean too, highly recommend.

appartement parfaitement situé ! proche de la ville sans en avoir les inconvénients. calme, belle vue. vraiment agréable. spacieux et bonne literie ! par contre, il y a des marches pour accéder à cet appartement !

Labai rekomenduoju!

Apartamentuose yra viskas, ko tik gali prireikti. Virtuvė pilnai aprūpinta visomis reikiamomis priemonėmis: indai, puodai, keptuvės, įrankiai, orkaitė, virdulys, indaplovė (buvo palikta ir tablečių) ir t.t. Kavos aparato nėra, bet užteko virdulio. Buvo palikta aliejaus, prieskonių (druskos, pipirų, žolelių,...), šiek tiek kavos, saldi šeimininkų staigmenėlė. Yra lygintuvas, lyginimo lenta, džiovykla, skalbimo mašina, visa pakuotė tualetinio popieriaus, vienkartinių rankšluosčių. Lovos ir miegama sofa labai labai patogios, plačios. Didžiulis televizorius, kondicionierius. Terasėlė puiki. Turėkite mintyse, kad norint patekti į apartamentus, reikia lipti laiptais, sunkiau judantiems žmonėms tai galėtų sukelti sunkumų.

Visuose apartamentuose buvo jaučiamas stipriai įsigėręs rūkalų kvapas. Tikėtina, kad prieš mus nuomavę žmonės labai daug rūkė viduje, nors terasa už kelių žingsnių... Užuojauta šeimininkams, siekiant kvapą panaikinti... Taip pat galėtų būti nors minimaliai skalbimo priemonių.
