I had a major financial problem the first night I was there, and the daughter of the owner helped me solve it. She (and her boyfriend) are young, and they went above and beyond calling banks (my Spanish is limited) and searching the internet to help me solve the problem. It was corrected by the next morning, and they kept checking to make sure everything was good. (And it didn't involve paying them. That was done ahead of time.) So even if the place had been less-than-perfect (and it wasn't) I would have rated them top notch. Renting from a family (who also responded to my questions on line immediately) was a huge plus,

The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but nothing I couldn't live with. (They also managed to have everything needed in that one small room.) And they should make sure the bathroom sink is attached to the pedestal. I am handicapped, and I kept grabbing it and was afraid I was going to pull it down.

The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Conveniently located a short walk to the Punto Ornitologico. Also has a bakery/store next door.

Der Raum ist komfortabel und funktional.

Der Raum liegt direkt an der Straße. Die Schallisolierung ist technisch nicht vorhanden. Sie können vier oder fünf Hunde hören, die in der Straße leben und nachts bellen, Sie können auch die Motorräder hören (die sehr laut sind). Für jemanden mit leichtem Schlaf ist es nicht zu empfehlen.
