Excellent location, lovely rooms and common areas, beautiful view from the back garden

My room was on the street side and it was very noisy at all hours of the night

Yet another exceptional stay! This was our second visit, and it truly felt like coming back to somewhere special. The property is beautifully presented, impeccably maintained, and offers everything you could need for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making our stay comfortable from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable stay, and we’re already looking forward to returning.

The hosts’ enthusiasm and passion for welcoming their guests are second to none. The property is in a fantastic location within the historic area, and the building itself is over 300 years old. The hosts are lovingly restoring it room by room, which adds to its unique charm and character. They’ve thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable, including a communal room with a kettle, tea and coffee, purified drinking water, and a microwave. Our room was spacious, beautifully presented, and extremely comfortable. There’s also a lovely garden area at the rear of the property, providing a peaceful outdoor space to relax and unwind. We highly recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

En el corazón del centro histórico de Quito, el personal muy amable y a pesar de ser una casa de más de 300 años lo que le suma mucho si te gusta la historia, las habitaciones estas muy bien cuidadas. Lo recomiendo si vas a Quito.
