Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good welcome and conversations. The woman who welcomed me was quiet jovial and super friendly. The man who was there carried our bags up and down stairs without complaining. Good location for excursions in Dakar. Good price. Very professional owners. They also offered an airport pick-up, which I highly appreciated. Good people. Had peaceful sleep. The beds and pillows were very comfy.

The fridge had moulds everywhere (on every compartment). There was a broken coffee maker and no iron in the apartment, contrary to what's listed on Booking.com. Floors, table tops, etc, were very dusty, that we had to clean the place when we occupied it (the owners should have cleaned it before we occupied it). We were made to pay for electricity that we didn't really use. The site mentioned you pay extra for use of the aircone, we didn't use the aircone nor did we plan to use it because it's the hot season but I still had to pay for electricity (which I found odd). The toilet was also extremely tiny in one of the rooms that it was difficult to shower properly as there was barely any space between the shower and toilet. They should have also posted pictures of the toilets on the Booking.com website so that one fully knows where they are going to. We were on the 3rd floor with several stairs up and down. This should be mentioned in the accommodation description. I was with a senior person who was consistently exhausted, and I had no idea that was the setup.

Un emplacement central pour se déplacer sur Dakar. Un propreté irréprochable. Un très bon contact.

L'hôte est venu nous chercher à l'aéroport. Le logement est grand et confortable situé au milieu d'un quartier très vivant. La résidence est sécurisée. Le propriétaire habite l'immeuble et est très sympathique et arrangeant.

L'acoustique est à revoir mais le propriétaire va réaliser prochainement des travaux. Ce n'est pas trop gênant.
