La localisation n'est pas mal : C'est à 10-15 mns à pied du Monument à Ouakam, un des bons quartiers de Dakar. Mais ce sont des chemins de terre pour y accéder. L'appartement est très sécurisé. Très spacieux. Attention quand même : Il y a deux chambres, mais la seconde est très mal agencée et difficilement praticable. Deux toilettes/salles de bain. Grand salon, belle cuisine. L'équipement est très correct, avec une machine à laver, etc. L'appartement est lumineux, avec un petit patio et une petite cour.
Comme très souvent à Dakar lorsqu'on loue un appartement, beaucoup de choses ne fonctionnent pas, manquent, etc. Mais heureusement, dans le cas spécifique de cet appartement, il y a une jeune femme très disponible qui réceptionne et répond immédiatement à toute demande d'aide (elle habite l'étage au-dessus dans la résidence). Simplement, il faudrait constamment la déranger...
