Enjoyed our stay

The apartment is small however it is very well planned - it has all you need, even dishwasher. The pullout couch is very comfortable, trying to find the same in Canada now (so far no luck) Parking is behind the locked fence. We liked it very much, especially after very bad experience day before in another city - got broken window within 1h on the paid road parking.

Logement que je relouerai sans hésitation si je retourne sur Dinard.

Beau logement cocooning, bien propre. Canapé lit très confortable. Tout ce dont on a besoin à portée de main. Emplacement proche de tout: plage, magasins, boulangeries, … Parking privé. Propriétaires gentils.

Si je devais dire une chose: la douche qui est petite et donc peut être pas appropriée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite mais totale impossibilité de faire autrement pour les propriétaires (on ne peut pas pousser les murs). Et la douche est bien nécessaire pour se laver les cheveux et se rincer. Le reste à l’évier. Il faut juste s’adapter. Ce n’est donc pas ce genre de détails qui ferait que je ne reviendrai pas.

Très bel emplacement

Appartement conforme au descriptif, très bien placé on peut tout faire à pied. Cooconing. Place de stationnement gratuite privée et sécurisée, un gros plus car sinon très compliqué de trouver où se garer. On reviendra.... Merci au propriétaire pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Un cocon douillet à proximité de tout !

Appartement très bien équipé et parfaitement situé pour découvrir Dinard et ses alentours. Le parking privé est un réel plus et la plage à 2 minutes à pied. A l'exception de la douche un peu petite, tout est vraiment parfait dans cet appartement et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Anne et Gilles sont à l'écoute et très attentifs au bien être des gens qu'ils accueillent. Bref, une adresse à connaître.
