La proximité de la plage et des commerces.

Attention le lit n'est pas recommandé pour les personnes sensibles du dos. Cela m'a valu,un séjour écourté,et une lombalgie aiguë.

Ondanks enkele minpunten zouden we wel terug komen.

De ontvangst, zeer vriendelijk en duidelijke communicatie via sms. Fles wijn , koffie, thee en koekjes waren een warm welkom. De locatie tov het centrum en strand is fantastisch. Je kan alles tevoet doen. De boot naar Saint Malo op 10 min stappen. Eigen parkeerplaats naast duplex. Mini terras kijkt uit op parking , maar draai je stoel en kijk op een prachtig huis 😉 Alles in mini keuken aanwezig, ook handdoeken en lakens waren inbegrepen. Prima kleine badkamer met goede douche. (wel niet zo handig voor grote mensen) Het is klein, maar bij mooi weer helemaal prima. De slaapkamer biedt veel bergruimte en kapstokken, als je met je valies via smalle draaitap boven geraakt.

De duplex zou handiger ingericht kunnen worden. De wcrol houder en matras zijn absoluut aan vervanging toe, ze zakt door aan de zijkanten. De hoge tafel vervangen door een lage met 2 goede stoelen. 4 krukken is echt niet nodig en zitten niet comfortabel. Wij hadden mooi weer en hebben gelukkig altijd buiten kunnen eten. Sommige dingen in de keuken waren niet afgewassen door vorige bezoekers? Het geheel mag opgefrist worden. Het

Endroit sympa pour un week-end à deux

Petit duplex très bien situé : proche du centre ville et de la plage. L appartement est fonctionnel avec des rangements dans la salle de bains et la chambre Juliette est accueillante et de bons conseils

Pas de place pour un canapé mais l objectif était d être dehors le plus possible

Dinard, une belle découverte

le logement est en quasi centre ville et la place de parking privée est réellement appréciable. La logeuse était très sympathique et l'équipement tout à fait adéquat, de plus, les draps de lit et linges de toilettes sont fournis. Le café, thé et capsules à disposition, c'est top. la plage est à quelques pas et les balades en bord de mer accessibles au pied de l'immeuble (ou presque). Dinard en hiver est calme, ça nous convenait parfaitement. 3 jours de vraies vacances avec de belles randonnées!

Duplex fonctionnel avec de délicates attentions pour notre arrivée (fleurs, chocolat et bouteille de vin). Tout est fourni, draps, serviettes, thé,café.. Idéalement situé- à 50m à pied de la plage et du centre de Dinard. Et place de parking au pied de l'appartement Merci à Juliette, hôte très sympathique et à l'écoute

L'escalier, être vigilant Un second fauteuil ou un canapé à la place de la grande table pour pouvoir se poser.

Vraiment sympathique.

Logement idéalement situé sur DINARD, la partie duplex avec la chambre et la salle de bain au l’étage du dessus est sympathique et offre ,du coup, une véritable chambre. L’hôtesse est très sympathique et donne des explications claire. La petite terrasse devant la maison est très appreciable et lenparking privé dans une ville comme DINARD s’avére un gros avantage. Bref en ce qui nous concerne un endroit à recommander.

Juste à signaler pour les plus exigeants que la terrasse donne sur le parking, mais il n’y a pas beaucoup de va et vient et l’accès à l’étage supérieur se fait par un petit escalier en colimaçon donc méfiance. Cela ne nous a pas empêcher de passer un superbe séjour, bien au contraire.. 😉
