Lovely stay overall, with a few small improvements needed. Would happily return, Sandrine and her husband are very nice.

Had everything you needed for a 4 day stay, good water pressure in the shower. Lots of light, open balcony windows, all the amenities. Good kitchen. Perfect location for Dinard, though it’s a small town.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable and I had back and neck pain; there was an extra 20 euro charge just to leave an extra duvet, pillows and a bed sheet for the sofa bed which does not seem reasonable to me. There was not enough toilet roll for a four-day stay, we had to buy some which we left at the apartment. There is a lot of noise at night, you can hear everything upstairs and there is a lot of hanging from the building and street at night and in the day.

Idéalement bien placé. A deux pas de la plage, du marché, des commerces de la ville, du cinéma... Très lumineux, agréable, très bien équipé en cuisine. Appartement ancien, avec parquet au sol et joliment modernisé. Communication fluide et réactive avec Irène, la gestionnaire.

Assise du canapé pas très confortable. Pas essayé en lit.

Le canapé n'est pas du tout confortable, que ce soit en position canapé ou lit. Il est clairement à changer. Absence de mousseur du robinet salle de bains Absence de tirette pour passer en mode "jet" dans la douche Radiateur du salon mal fixé Propreté de la douche moyenne. Fils électriques dénudés dans la SDB.

Ottimo appartamento

Posizione ottima vicinissima al centro, al mercato e alla spiaggia. Appartamento spazioso e luminosissimo. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole soggiornare a Dinard e farsi qualche gita nei dintorni.

Le indicazioni avute dopo il check in online per recuperare le chiavi d'ingresso non ci sono state fornite. Per questo abbiamo perso parecchio tempo.

L'emplacement: plein centre de Dinard, très proche de la plage de l'écluse. Belle appartement, Très propre, plutôt bien aménagé et équipé.
