Glass bathroom with broken door that didn’t shut properly. No privacy when using the bathroom. Given an accessible room when not required.

Didn’t have the breakfast … Room was nicely decorated and there was BBC news on tv Taxis just outside
Room service menu looked good until we went online to order then it was nothing like the range in the room and was clearly outsourced to another company .. hotel dining room was closed on a Sunday Didn’t like the bathroom with clear glass windows … I prefer privacy
