As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your experience at Shores of Panama, we are undergoing a significant construction project from September 24, 2024, to March 1, 2025. We want to ensure you are fully informed about the construction phases and how they may impact your stay.
Phase 1: Initial Construction Period
• Dates: September 24, 2024, to November 25, 2024
• Affected Units: Balconies in units 2113, 1314, 1415, and 1615 will be completely inaccessible and have an obstructed view.
• Activities: Construction work will occur daily from 8AM to 6PM, Monday through Friday.
Phase 2: Extended Construction Impact
• Dates: November 25, 2024, to March 28, 2025
• Newly Affected Units: Additional units affected during this period include 507, 1507, 1907, 2011, 1512, 1912, 1517, and 1817 which will also experience inaccessible balconies and obstructed views.
Additional Information
• Tentative Schedules: All mentioned dates AND units are tentative and subject to change based on weather conditions and homeowner association decisions.
THINGS TO KNOW
During spring break, this condo is rented to 'families,' or else all occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.Shores of Panama Resort charges a flat fee of $100 at check-in. This one-time charge will provide your party with up to eight pool wristbands and two parking passes. The fee is subject to change as it is set by the on-site HOA.Beach chair service rentals are available 3/1 to 10/31.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 21.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Condo was great. Beds were comfy & condo was clean. The building has a great pool, and easy beach access. It’s a huge building though so sometimes it was a nightmare to get an elevator for our party of 5, esp when we had to get luggage in and out. Also with it being such a big place, some folks were up making noise in the halls before 7am but that changes with each group of renters around you. Overall we had a great stay.

We had an excellent stay at this condo! We have stayed many times at the shores and this one was by far the cleanest room we’ve had thus far! It was beautiful! Master bedroom bed was comfortable, reviews said bed was loud- the second bedroom’s bed was loud but we did not use it for our stay. Bedrooms are big! We had two kids in pack ‘n plays and each room was big enough to put a pack ‘n play in each one! Definitely can tell it was recently renovated, the floors are gorgeous!! I know the elevator situation at the shores isn’t known to be the best…we did have to wait on them but figured out quickly, if you just ride it down from the parking garage THEN back up, it’s much easier! I could not figure out how to get the dryer to work, but it wasn’t a necessity during our stay. We would definitely stay at this particular condo again! Thank you so much!

Had a nice trip to Panama for bike week brought the entire family with us! Shore’s is a very nice place to stay.
