In general, these improvements will include the repair and replacement of the stucco façade at various areas, concrete repairs, sealant replacements, parking deck repairs, and a fresh coating. Noise levels may vary depending on the time of each arrival.

January and February are monthly rentals. If you want a shorter length of time during this season, please submit an inquiry. We accept a maximum of 2 weeks rentals from March-November. In the event of a special request, please contact Reservations directly.
Renter must be at least 18, and if not at least 25 years of age, an additional $500 security deposit and photo ID will be required that must be paid to the management company. This fee is refundable as long as the condo is left in the same condition and no damages or excessive cleaning is found.
Shores of Panama charges a flat rate $100 resort fee. You will pay this by a separate link that is provided before check in. You must register your vehicles in order to receive the Parking Pass with this Unit.

We slept 7 people in this condo comfortably. We had a great view of the pool and beach. The bunk room has a full bath attached, which was a pleasant surprise. The elevators are terrible. There are definitely not enough for 23 floors. It took us 30 minutes to squeeze on one (myself and my 4 year old). The listing also says that 2 bedrooms have two reserved parking spots. However, this was not the case with this room. The concierge said the owners of the unit only paid for one reserved spot. So if you bring two cars, you have to find a vacant spot in the parking garage.

The condo was great. Clean, enough room for 4 adults and 3 kids thats from 11 to 7 months. I have no complaints about the condo it self. This was the problem. Parking was a nightmare. Only one reserved parking place. The other parking place was a non reserved parking place. This was not told at time of booking. The place has a parking deck that’s 12 stories high so you just have to find a parking spot that was open. For 7 days I had to park all over this parking deck. This parking deck was so small that if you meet a car or truck you have to stop to wait till you could make the turns. Sometimes it would take 30 minutes just to get out of the parking deck. Then the elevators were a nightmare. Not enough elevators for the size of this complex. Some times you would have to wait 45 minutes just to get on the elevator. We stayed on the 17th floor. The wait was unbelievable just to go down. Waiting for an elevator it was so hot you would just sweat standing and waiting on the elevator something for 45 minutes. Then when you were able to get on the elevator was packed with so many people and so hot it was unbelievable. I would give the condo a 9 star but the parking and the elevators 1 star.
