About this house rental
It is a newly renovated house ideal for families or couples, warm, it is located in the heart of the village of Audresselles, in the immediate vicinity of the beach, restaurants and bakery. There is a walled garden of 50 m² and private parking.
The cottage includes:
-On the first floor: a living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave...), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and washing machine, separate toilet.
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms equipped with roller shutters or blackout blinds, a bathroom with a shower, a sink and separate toilet
For the little ones, there is a high chair, a cot, a bathtub and a changing table.
Miscellaneous: children welcome, non-smoking rental,
DOGS ALLOWED (5€/day/dog), they are not allowed to go and sleep in the rooms. Thank you in advance for your understanding. CAT REFUSED..
No disabled access. Water, sheets, pellets for the fireplace are included in the price, electricity is included in the price for 9kwatt/day, beyond that, it costs 0.26€/kwatt.

The house was perfect, and we had a great time, at feels like home at first time we moved in. Lucie was very friendly and helped very fast. It is a great house to relax and get to the beach and the 2 Caps at the Opal Coast.

We had A wonderful week in Audresseles, Lucie is a friendly and welcoming host, the house is comfortable and there is easy access to the beach and onwards for cliff walks and beach days. We look forward to our next visit.
