A charming, traditional little house in the heart of the Northern Vosges Regional Nature Park, it accommodates up to 4 guests. Perfect for a relaxing stay in the countryside, it offers all modern amenities, a fireplace to keep you warm in the winter, and a tree-lined garden just steps from the forest, where you can enjoy the summer. Situated in a quiet area, it’s just a few minutes’ drive from all amenities.
The kitchen, living room, and bathroom are on the first floor. Upstairs, you’ll find a study and a sleeping area—separated by a curtain—as well as a bedroom, all in a row. The terrace at the front of the house offers a view of the valley. The backyard is fenced and equipped with tables and chairs, lounge chairs, a parasol, a barbecue, and more. Parking is free and private.
The TV has all digital terrestrial channels. Although the house does not have an internet router, 4G reception is very good.
Nearby: numerous hiking trails, some starting right from the village; Bitche and its citadel, 15 minutes away; the Maginot Line; swimming ponds in the summer; La Petite Pierre, 20 minutes away; Christmas markets; and Strasbourg, 1 hour away by car. Along the Route des Arts du Feu, you’ll find the Meisenthal glassworks, the Lalique Museum in Wingen-sur-Moder, Saint-Louis-les-Bitche, and more.
