About this house rental
Detached cottage, chalet style, in the heart of the Northern Vosges Regional Park, with a small fishing pond. No busy road (road closed to traffic except for the rights holders)
Very quiet and quiet environment.
Private and enclosed garden of 7000 m2.
The capacity is 5 people.
- Bedroom 1: a double bed
- Bedroom 2: three single beds, one of which is bunk. (plus a cot)
Laundry room with washing machine
Bathroom with walk-in shower
New cottage with all comforts:
-integrated kitchen
-television, DVD player
- books...
No internet.
The house is also equipped with bed linen.
Beds are made on arrival.
The price includes water consumption, pellets for heating, loan of bed linen and dish towels. I do not provide towels.
Electricity consumption is charged in addition:
€0.25/kW on meter reading at the beginning and end of the stay.
Tourist tax: 1€ /day/person (free for children under 14 years old)
Optional cleaning fee: €70;
This package is mandatory for holidaymakers with pets.
For fishermen, it is possible to restock, at your request before your stay (supplement of 8 €/kg of trout per 10 kilos).
No other fish.
The pond is located ten meters from the chalet. It has a surface area of 4 ares.
Be careful in periods of drought, the level of the pond may be low and not suitable for fishing.
Pets are allowed.
Rate of €20 per week per pet.
Rentals are only from Saturday to Saturday.
