Stratford pre Christmas break.

The location is excellent for the town centre, park, and country walks. Accomodaton is very clean, warm, everything you require and the parking is excellent. Look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

Quaint , pretty cottage from a bygone era but fully modernised … so convenient to the beautiful town ( easy walking), the river , and a lively pub only 2 minutes away .. Modern conveniences … kitchen / shower… and comfy beds… Friendly neighbours

Niggles that arise from being quaint : steps that take getting-used-to ; low roof lines , small rooms … ( but all very manageable after a while)..

perfect for a short stay close to town

Great location. In a quiet street and only 6 minutes walk to the town. Parking permit allows you to park in the street right outside the property, plus other streets in town. Very clean and lovely little courtyard at the back

shame there is only 1 bathroom but nothing can be done as its a small quaint town house

We couldn’t have stayed in a better location for all of Stratford’s historic and beautiful attractions

Great location, walking distance to all attractions, nearby pub, comfortable beds, outdoor seating area

There was no right hand side handrail on the steep stairs Bathroom sensor light did not cover shower area and so often went off during showering leaving you in darkness The living room would benefit from a floor lamp or table lamp as the numerous wall lights made it too bright during the evening

Fabulous location , comfortable and homely cottage .

The location was superb , very central . East walking distance to shops and tourist attractions The house was tastefully decorated and had very thing we needed

The Jack and Jill bathroom was awkward( certainly not a private matter ) and the toilet didn’t flush very well . The pans and trays could do with upgrading

I didn’t think it was 100% clear where to leave the keys, so erred on the side of caution and left them in the house with the parking permit.

Perfect location for Town Centre and Theatre.

The location was excellent for the Town Centre and for the theatre. Superb cleanliness and the property was very warm and welcoming to come back too.

There’s a step from the main bedroom into the shared bathroom, which could do with a sign for safety. Also the booking communication stated property available from 3pm but when we got there we were informed that it wouldn’t be ready for another hour but no one had let us know unfortunately.
