This apartment has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with an electric fire and a dining area. Outside is off road parking for one car and a patio to the rear with furniture. 9 Bancroft Place is a wonderful holiday base.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Note: The patio overlooks the canal, so children should be supervised.
