You will have direct access to the gulf, with just a 10 min boat ride the Caloosahatchee River and 25 minutes to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Cape Coral has over 400 miles of canals. There's so much to explore and experience whether in the canals or the Gulf of Mexico.

Beautiful property! It was a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Everything is within a 45 minute drive, so not bad at all. Only complaints we had were that there was broken glass in the deep end of the pool. Thankfully my son found it with the net rather than stepping on it. There were also ants that got into our cereal and snacks. Other than that everything was amazing! Absolutely would stay again!

Very nice location, easy 45 min drive to beautiful Sanibel Island. House was clean and the kitchen was super comfortable not only for cooking but for hanging out. Pool was nice and the water was very clean. Excellent for the price.

Everything was very good and I liked it.
Two things were inconvenient. The pool is not heated and there is no table or chairs for the pool area.
