LIVING AREA
Relax in the main living room, complete with a smart TV and aquatic-themed decor.
Play cards, board games, or mini-foosball in the game room, where a table has four built-in swinging seats. The gaming cocktail table has up to 60 classic arcade games for your enjoyment. A desk provides a convenient spot to check email.
Kick back in the family room while enjoying movies on the flat-screen TV. The fireplace adds a warm ambience.

The gleaming kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

Take a dip in the 6-feet deep heated pool while enjoying unobstructed views of the lake. Enjoy eating breakfast or being out on the lanai or dock where you can see manatees, dolphins, stingrays, and other sea life.
The private dock is perfect for dining alfresco or starting your boating adventures -- navigate through neighboring waterways and make your way out to the Gulf of Mexico!

Driveway parking is provided for two cars. Street parking is not permitted. The dock is available for boats up to 35’ for tie-up only (the boat lift is not for guest use). Boat trailers are not permitted in the driveway or on the lawn.
This single-story house is accessed via one step at the entry.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Beautiful home, hidden in Cape Coral away from all the hustle of the city. This home offers everything, for the pool, plenty of things for all ages from toys to games. Fully equipped kitchen, and bless having an automatic ice maker. LOL Although, most stores/ restaurants can take up to 30 mins for travel, , we didn't mind. This home shared so many memories for our family!!

It was a nice home with Great Lake views, from both the pool and from every large sliding door! House had lots of room for our family, and was dog friendly for our dog to join us on this trip! The neighborhood seemed private, but still close to everything for quick trips!

Our family of 5 and dog were extremely comfortable in this home. The home is extremely clean and well maintained. The extra/unlisted amenities were nicely welcomed and very helpful. Our visit consisted of several trips to Sanibel and the greater Ft. Myers area for activities and visiting family. If you are a heavy beachgoer plan for 45 minute trips each way and tolls. Neighborhood was extremely quiet with minimal traffic. Great area for bike rides and walking. Many great restaurants and shopping in the Cape Coral area. Absolutely recommend this home to anyone.

Great location within the eight lakes area of cape coral, large dock on the lake for fishing or even lounging
around when not swimming in the pool. Pool water is solar heated so it's always the perfect temp.
