Le Flamboyant - 2ch - 5P - Jardin - Plage 300m - Piscine

La résidence est très bien situé : à 5 minutes à pied de la plage où il y a plusieurs restaurants très sympathiques et des commerces tels que boulangerie, supermarché et librairie. L'appartement est propre et bien agencé pour une famille. Il nous a manqué un transat, celui présent était cassé. Sinon, il est bien équipé. Il y a des jeux de plage et une planche et frite en mousse pour les enfants. Ce qui est un plus. La piscine de la résidence est très agréable, il y a un grand jardin avec jeux pour enfants et un terrain de pétanque avec boules à disposition. Bref, nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Bon séjour, belle piscine et nettoyée régulièrement, appartement bien équipé, boulangerie et carrefour à deux pas, plage à 400 mètres, quelques voitures bruyantes nous rappellent que la route est juste derrière les palissades. Très bon séjour. Merci

logement bien situé dans une résidence calme et sécurisée, à 5 mn à pied de la plage de l'Anse à l'Ane et proche des Anses d'Arlet, accès facile à l'aéroport. Appartement clair, propre, cuisine équipée du juste nécessaire, climatisation dans les 2 chambres. Hôte disponible et réactive. Idéal pour des vacances tranquilles.

The location of this property is its n°1 advantage. One can walk to the the beach in 3 minutes. All the basic amenities (mini mart, bakery ( too many flies for me) can be had in a 3 min walk from the property. In 10 min by car you can access the beach in the center of Anse d'arlet or in 5 min drive to the beach at Point de bout in trois islet. The house itself is clean and functional. All of the basic amenities were present. There is limited work top counter space in the kitchen. There was peeling of paint on the wall of the kitchen.(probably a previous leak) But in general, the property is really more attractive than it appears on line. There was no sun directly where we ate out doors, and one had one's privacy . The access to the pool is a big plus. But It is deep and really only for swimmers. Children will need to be watched. My children found that the bunk beds in their bedroom were uncomfortable (14 and 16yr olds) But my bed was fine. The air conditioning worked well and was vital. The house manager was very helpful and friendly. It's not the Ritz, but for the price I would not hesitate to book it again.
