everything was good, great location, walking distance to beach and restaurants. House very good, clean, good equipped. Just pool was "sad", no chairs, no beds... I could come back any time. Pavel

We loved this apartment, the first morning waking up and looking outside to the bright green trees were unreal. We had an amazing time in Martinique and this house was a major contributor. We ate breakfast on the porch every morning and dinner most nights. It was very clean and the downstairs shower was amazing.

Our family's first experience was awful. Our journey from our country was great, but when we got to Fort de France we contacted the owner got a response only to find out that communication was a big issue . We tried countless times still no answer. After taking the first ferry to Pointe du Bout, where were given directions from the owner prior to our visit which failed. When we got to Pointe du Bout we were like strangers in a foreign land, hungry with children. Finally we made our way to a hotel in Pointe du Bout to get some assistance. The hotel called for a taxi for over 40 minutes until a taxi finally came from far to get us.We were disappointed that the owners never answered the phone contacts we were given. The taxi and the hotel called for directions and no phone was answered.We finally got to the apartment after 5 hours later at 11:00 pm. The owners should have offered a special taxi to accommodate our family, which we later found out that taxis are not available from Pointe du Bout after 7;00 pm. Terrible.Especially at a ferry port.
The apartment was truly comfy and well equipped. It was great, neatly kept. The tenant downstairs, Juliette was amazing for us. She gave us all the information we needed, by using creole dialogue between us. Thumbs up to Juliette. thanks for the Love.
The garbage disposal was too far across the street.The beach, supermarket and restaurants were within easy reach.
We would recommend for family but ensuring that communication is handled better to make the stay more enjoyable.
