Located in L'Anse à l'Âne, Trois-Ilets district, one of the most touristy towns in Martinique, this three-bedroom villa, a bathroom and an outdoor shower is perfect for families and groups. 'friends. You will appreciate the proximity of the various amenities and the beach of L'Anse à l'Âne (60 meters away) which gives access to the maritime transport by which you arrive at the capital Fort de France in 20 minutes. The villa is protected by an automatic gate and a hedge that assure you full privacy. A garage allows you to park two vehicles.

The villa of 85m ² is fully furnished and equipped, you will find enough to cook: an American kitchen opened on a large terrace and a small garden with barbecue and outside shower. You will also enjoy a bathroom and separate WC. The three bedrooms are air conditioned. Although the rate is for 5 people, the villa can accommodate up to seven people, including 3 children or teenagers. It is equipped with satellite TV and Wi-Fi.
The neighborhood:
This is a very quiet residential area. You will find the supermarket, the shops and the various conveniences (petrol station, bakery, restaurants, cash dispenser) within a radius of 300m. Nearby you can practice several sporting activities with the 18-hole golf course located 3 km from the villa, the health course 2 km away and the diving club and water sports on the beach. You can also have the opportunity to go horseback riding through the Ranch Jack located about 1km from the villa. The casino is located 5 km

Very nice house and immaculate. Nicer than your average beach house, much nicer . Short amble to the ibeach n the cove l'Ane
Restaurants on the beach and ferry to Fort deF. Wonderful bakery 3 blocks away. Market there too. Highly recommended.

Maison sécurisée proche de la mer ( plutôt 100m que 20m comme annoncé sur l'annonce).
La douche extérieure est très appréciable au retour de la plage.
Ler chambres sont spacieuses, la cuisine très bien équipée. Le salon est coquet.
2 places de parking possibles (une sur la propriété, une dans la rue)
La terrasse qui donne sur une rue calme est bien protégée par une haie et sert de pièce à vivre. (on pourrait être au top s'il y avait des chaises longues).
Certaines ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas et les propriétaires les ont changées durant notre séjour.
Petit detail: Il manquait une moustiquaire dans la chambre des enfants.

Permettez-moi de commencer par dire que la maison est telle que décrite, à quelques pas de la plage. Tout est propre et fonctionnel.
Il y a quelques choses qui ont laissé une impression négative du séjour sur notre famille.
Il n'y avait qu'un seul drap à couvrir par lit. J'ai demandé si nous pouvions avoir un drap de lit par adulte pour ne pas nous réveiller pendant la nuit mais cela a été refusé.
Au milieu du séjour, il était temps de remplacer les serviettes et les draps et j'ai redemandé si nous pouvions garder 2 vieux draps et cela a de nouveau été refusé.
Ce n'est pas la fin du monde et nous avons continué nos vacances mais j'ai été surpris qu'une demande aussi simple soit refusée.
Nous avons deux enfants et malheureusement, ils ont cassé un verre et une tasse de thé. Lors de notre départ, je me suis sincèrement excusé auprès de Josy et lui ai dit que nous aimerions la rembourser. J'ai offert le montant raisonnable pour un verre and une tasse cassée.
C'est là que la situation s'est compliquée. Josy a commencé à expliquer qu'elle avait acheté ces verres il y a environ 4 ans et qu'elle ne pourrait pas trouver les mêmes et que maintenant elle serait obligée d'acheter un nouveau set de 6 verres et un nouveau set de 6 tasses à thé. Elle a dit qu'elle achèterait de nouveaux ensembles et déduirait ensuite le montant du dépôt de garantie dans les 14 jours. J'ai essayé d'expliquer poliment à Josy que je ne veux pas m'en occuper à mon retour au Canada et que je voudrais payer maintenant le montant raisonnable qui la rendra satisfaite.
Ensuite, Josy est devenue très agitée et m'a dit que m'a dit que je la rendais nerveuse. Je n'ai pas élevé la voix ni rien dit d'impoli. J'ai été exceptionnellement attentionné et respectueux tout au long de la conversation et je me suis excusé plusieurs fois pour l'incident.
Quoi qu'il en soit, j'ai laissé le montant qui devrait être suffisant pour acheter un nouvel ensemble.
Je pense qu'il est déraisonnable d'exiger des clients qu'ils couvrent l'ensemble complet de 6 verres lorsqu'un casse pendant le séjour.
Pour cette seule raison, nous n'envisagerons jamais de rester dans cette maison.
